Spotlight on energy efficiency at Aliante

Terrasini, Pavona, Salerno and Treviso are the four Pulte Homes neighborhoods located in Aliante master planned community in North Las Vegas. The speciality of these homes is that they all have been built with energy efficiency as the one of the msot important factors.

The homes are built with Environment for Living technology. The homes have been insulated with blown-in cellulose and low-e windows will conserve energy and lower the utility bills as residents will be using less energy than the ordinary homes.

Totally around 164 homes will be built as part of the community.

Treviso, a gated single-story neighborhood, features four models, ranging from 1,976 to 2,694 square feet and priced from the $450,000s. Salerno neighborhood offers three plans ranging in area 1,671 to 1,900 square feet and priced from the $330,000s.

Terrasini homes are part of a gated community and offer four floor plans which range in size from 856 to 1,525 square feet and are priced from $180,000s. Pavona featues three plans of two story designs and is priced from $310,000s.
