Located in Henderson the gated neighborhood has had brisk presales but with the opening of the model homes the sales have risen dramatically.The homes have been designed with abundant amenities and have superior quality finish and workmanship.

The homes are priced from $370,000s and are all two-story designs that range in size from 2,445 to 3,665 square feet with as many as six bedrooms. The homes comes with three-car garages. The homes are all Energy Star certified which makes them at least 30 percent more energy efficiency. Some special air conditioning units are being set up which will make the cooling more efficient than with current units.

A three acre park is being planned for the residents. The homes themselves have upgraded cabinetry, three choices of granite-tile counter top surfaces, platinum chrome-finished plumbing fixtures, satin nickel locksets, and brushed steel light fixtures.
