Ivana - Las Vegas

Ivana Las Vegas is a high profile skyscraper that is coming up on the northeast corner of the Sahara Avenue and the Strip. The designer of the Ivana Towers is the JMA Architecture Studios of Las Vegas who have to their credit the design of the World Market Center and the Soho Lofts. New York based Turner Construction Co are the contractors for this project who have done more than 1,500 project worth $7 billion in 2004.

The construction of the Ivana Las Vegas is expected to begin next year and will be completed by the year 2008. It is expected that intensified marketing and advertising efforts will help the project to sell out by next month.

Ivana trump is directly involved in every aspect of the building like approving the floor plans to the details of the escalators and the elevators and choosing the color scheme etc. Being away from the buzz of the Strip is the only disadvantage the project is facing but the brand name and the design will surely compensate for these disadvantages.
