Prepare before you go house-hunting

House hunting in Las Vegas need not become a chore if you are prepared
and know what you want from your dream home.

Answer the following question before you start your quest:

  • 1. Are you looking for a condo, a loft or an independent bunglow or a town-house?

  • 2. Where should it be located - near your place of work, in the city center or in the suburbs?

  • 3. Size of your home (rough estimate) - Will it be 2 or 3 bedroom home?

  • 4. Do you need a car park? If yes, for how many cars?

  • 5. Do you need a swimming pool or any other extra features in your home?

  • 6. What's your budget for your new home?

Even if you have only a hazy idea about what you want in your home, your Las Vegas real estate agent should be able to fine tune it with their experience.
