Wynn Las Vegas Planned for Las Vegas Strip

The genius behind the Mirage, Treasure Island, and the Bellagio, Steve Wynn, is working on a fresh new megaresort planned for the Las Vegas strip. The $2.7 billion casino, called the Wynn Las Vegas, is going to be a lofty bronze glass masterpiece, and will compete directly with some of the other extravagant resorts Wynn personally came up with.



The Las Vegas housing market can only benefit from this continued development of the strip. One of the most significant forces backing up the continued prosperity of Las Vegas realty is the continuing success of the employment market. If Wynn's latest project comes through, it will mean lots of jobs for local people. And any new vacationers it brings in may just translate into a few more people deciding to acquire their next piece of property in this terrific town.
