Ryland Homes is offering unconventioanl home designs at the two its neighborhoods Montage and Travata at West Park in Summerlin.

Homes at Travata measure 2,071 to 2,970 square feet with two to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths. Extra features include hallway niches for photos and artwork. Priced from the upper $400,000s, two of the four designs feature third-floor space, which can serve as a playroom, a second family room or a hobby room.

This room can be accessed by a spiral staircase. One of floor plans allows for the space to serve as a retreat that can be accessed from the master bedroom. Master suites showcase walk-in closets, oval tubs in most plans and separate showers.

Also, customers have the option of customising their homes through the builder's TrueU design program.
