Homebuyers have the option of converting one of the garages into a office or a Casita with a bath and the home is priced from $418,950.

Crystal Cover has 5 bedrooms and 4 bath and is priced at $446,950. Other home options include single-story Silver Sand and Dunes Creek floor plans.
