Boca Raton

Palm Beach Resort Condominiums LLC are developing the $400 million, 756-unit Boca Raton condominium complex on the south strip. The development will be located on the southwest corner of Las Vegas Boulevard South and Serene Avenue. The project will have four seven-story towers with nearly 800 residences. The units will be between 600 to 2,300 square feet in size, priced from the mid $300s to $1 million.

The project will be complete by 2009, but the first tower is expected to open in mid 2006. The towers are built over the two level of underground-secured parking. Ample entrance parking is also provided to the residents. The complex also features 10,000 square foot clubhouse, two swimming pools, a fitness center, private screening room and a business center. The units are targeted at baby boomers, second homeowners, investors and urban professionals. Flipping is not permitted for the first 12 months. Many new developments are coming up on the south strip causing the land prices to triple in the past few years.
