Waterfalls Communities from Centex Homes

Centex Homes offers homes in four neighborhoods at its Waterfalls community. The four gated communities are located in North Las Vegas and will have a total of 200 homes on offer. The elegantly designed homes have large living spaces, kitchens and beautiful courtyards. All the homes are Energy Star certified.

Ageline Falls offers two-story floor plans which range in area from 2,539 to 3,063 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three baths and 3 car garages. Aberdeen Falls range in size from 2,454 to 3,807 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths and 3 car garages.

Latourell Falls feature single-story residences with areas up to 2,756 square feet with as many as four bedrooms, plus a great room that features an 11-foot ceiling. Isabel Falls' features single-story homes that measure 1,750 to 2,227 square feet. Features include morning rooms, covered patios and two-car garages.

Prices of the homes start in the mid-$300,000s. Host of amenities are also planned for the residents.
