Traverse Point is located in Las Vegas Valley close to the Green Valley of Henderson. The gated community has 296 luxury units situated amidst lush green landscaping. Homes will be modestly priced in the $160,000-$170,000 range though the final pricing has not yet been released. Traverse Point is one of latest of the condo conversion project to join the wave of apartment conversions going on in Las Vegas.

The City of Henderson is planning to build the Stone Lake just a few minutes from Traverse Point and has already allocated $12 million for the project. The 40-acre and $400 million project will have 4 story condo buildings, 3 story town homes and shops and business establishments to cater to the residences. The homes in this new development will be easily accessible by light-rail mass-transit system planned from the Strip to Henderson. The houses will be priced from $300,000-$400,000.

Traverse Point Condo conversions will be sold with many of them being inhabited by tenants which is ideal for investors looking to invest in this area.
