Las Vegas - New Projects

Las Vegas is not just the gaming capital of the world but it also has great schools, parks and friendly people. Experts predicted that the Las Vegas homes sales would increase by 200% between 2001 and 2008. High-rise condos are attracting people from all walks of life.

Slade developments are coming up with a mid-rise condominium project at southwest corner of Paseo Verde Parkway and Gibson road in Henderson. The first phase, is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2006, and will have 110 residences of one and two bedroom flats, town homes and two-story lofts. The sizes of each unit will vary from 1,000 to 2,600 square feet. Clubhouse, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, theatre room and 3,000 square feet fitness center will be the residential amenities provided in the project.
W2005 SVH Realty purchased the Savannah Apartments for $76 million and will be converting it into condominium in the coming year. Job growth trend in Las Vegas is very high and housing costs are ever increasing leading to conversions, which is a profitable option for the developers.
