Parkway Pointe

Parkway Pointe, a $12.5 million two-story commercial project offers prime office space. Meeting the demand for prime office space on freeway interchanges it is located at the north east corner of Summerlin Parkway and Town Center Drive.

Parkway Pointe, the 53,600-square-foot building will offer commercial space for office tenants from 1,200 square feet to 26,500 square feet depending on tenant's requirement.

According to the builders for every 1000 square feet of office space leased 4.75 spaces of parking space will be provided. The building also provides for underground parking.
