Fun Zone At The Collection

The Collection is a neighborhood within Rhodes Ranch. Rhodes Ranch is home to the Rhodes Golf Club. The Collection offers three different series of homes called the 40s, 45s and 50s.

The 40s have five floor plans, ranging from 1,467 to 2,665 square feet with two or three bedrooms, plus a two-car garage with prices starting from $399,990. The 45s have four floor plans with 1,931 to 3,042 square foot area. Priced from $468.900 it offers the one- and two-story plans having three to six bedrooms.

The 50s come in six floor plans each ranging from 2,017 to 4,138 square feet. They are available in one-, two- and three-story layouts with two to five bedrooms, and design options such as libraries and lofts. Prices start at $590,990.

A recreation center offers resident’s billiards, racquet ball, indoor basketball, and arts and crafts facilities. Other amenities include an aerobics room, locker rooms and a special events area that can accommodate as many as 100 people. Tennis courts, two swimming pools and a water park offer fun outside the center. The Fun Zone will offer the residents of The Collection endless hours of fun and recreation.
