Las Ramblas, Las Vegas

Las Ramblas, Las Vegas will be designed by 3 different firms in the initial phases of construction expected to begin in next year. Arquitectonica will design a completely modern and contemporary architecture structure for the first phase. Philippe Starck of France will create interiors for the gateway towers. United Designers a London firm will offer the services of Keith Hobbs who will do interior design for the hotel and hotel-condo buildings.

Las Ramblas, a 3 billion dollar complex will include 11 towers with luxury hotels, condos, stand alone bungalow units, and condo-hotel - the new concept sweeping Las Vegas. When completed the complex is planned to include 300 hotel units, 2,764 condo units, 1,326 condo-hotel units and 19 bungalows. The host of amenities for the residents and visitors will include spas, health clubs, restaurants, shopping, nightclubs and casino spread over 25 acres. An open air promenade for pedestrians will complete the picture.

Apart from the above the amenities individual furnished hotel-condo and condo units will include amenities such as imported stone counter tops, European cabinetry, track lighting and stainless steel appliances in kitchens; and marble flooring, vanities and counter tops, upgraded faucets, walk-in marble showers and spa tubs in baths.

The hotel-condo suites will have extra features like flat-screen plasma televisions, while the residential units will be wired for Wi-Fi, high-speed Internet, data/voice, and satellite TV.
