Coral Palms' locale draws home buyers

Again location plays in an important part in another condo project. This time it is Coral Palms located near the interesection of Decatur Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue (in the northwestern valley) is bringing in buyers in droves to the attractive location.

The Coral Palms development offers two floor plans. Cape Coral priced at $153,900 will have three-bedroom and two-bath. The Royal Palm plan measures 1,240 square feet and is priced from $179,900.
