Aliante Makes Largest Number of Closings

Aliante made the largest number of closings on sale for new homes for the second consecutive quarter this year. Aliante, Southern Nevada most liked master-planned community has consistently done well ever since it made its debut.

According to the latest figures released for the quarter from April 1 to June 30 there were 312 closed sales. Alginate's continued standing as the number one master-planned community in Southern Nevada reflects the quality and integrity of the master plan and people's preference for it.

Aliante is in its third year of development and includes a primary village and an age-qualified village, which have as many as 7,500 homes and an estimated population of 20,000. Residences are priced from the high $100,000s to the high $600,000s.
