Turnberry Towers - Luxury Condos For Sale

Construction begins this week on the third tower at Turnberry Associates' newest luxury high-rise condominium development, Turnberry Towers.

Turnberry Towers, Las Vegas newest luxury high-rise condo development project, has started construction on its third tower. Located at Paradise Road and Karen Avenue, the gated development will feature dual 45-story towers when complete in 2008. The second tower has been doing a brisk business with many of the units sold out. While sales are still under way in the second tower the first tower is already sold out.

You can choose from one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three bedroom units with variations on the features and baths. The units are priced between 500,000 to more than $1.3 million and measure between 815 to 1,655 square feet.

Features include Italian marble baths with spa tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, upgraded appliances, and 9-foot ceilings, high-tech communications that will enable residents to request their car from valet, or communicate with the front desk. Also, residents can make use of the fitness facility, outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, and 24-hour security.
