Moving Away From Las Vegas?

More and More Las Vegans are willing to commute that extra distance in order to find that meets with in the price range they can afford.

As median prices reach the $300,000 a lot of people are being pushed out of the market. So, they are fishing farther away in Pahrump, Logandale, Mesquite and northern Arizona for more affordable housing.

The outlying areas are presently more affordable compared to Las Vegas proper. There is some sort of rough rule - wherein people are willing to drive an extra mile for every 2000 dollars they save. For example Pahrump, which is about 60 miles from Las Vegas, new homes can be bought for $180,000.

Rising prices and low mortgage rates are driving people farther in order to be able that roof that they all crave for. But the question is how much farther are they really willing to go?
